In the river of sacred Iao Valley, the concept of River.io was born.

 

Iao Valley offers a unique perspective on the world, as one sits, one may observe the entire lifecycle of water. From sky to mountain, down waterfalls, through streams and rivers, out to the ocean, and recycled anew.

It was in these scared waters the founder was reminded of the Lean Six Sigma principles learned early on, the Customer's Journey, and his career at Xerox, Adobe, and Freshworks; across the journey in Sales Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

The Customer Journey is much like a continuously flowing river, the boulders represent the challenges slowing the flow and leading to different depths of engagement, like water the business still finds a way, without them the brook becomes a raging river.

The human experience often lacks the perspective to see how the mountains connect to our oceans. Much like how businesses cannot often look across their entire business.
